baa-trayal - 2025
Baa-trayal is a casual social deduction game set in a spooky haunted mansion. Play as a fluffy sheep and work with the rest of the flock to complete tasks and uncover the mansion’s secrets — but beware! Some sheep are secretly in wolf’s clothing, working to sabotage your efforts and take down the flock from within.
As the Producer, I coordinated production for a 25-person student studio over one semester on Baa-trayal, a social deception game slated for release on Itch.io. I aligned design, art, and programming efforts through structured sprint planning and milestone check-ins.
Led a 15-member team over a five-month development cycle (Jan–May), ensuring project milestones are met.
Streamlined production workflows in a condensed development cycle, implementing agile-like sprints and ClickUp task tracking that enabled the team to hit all milestone deadlines and deliver a complete vertical slice.
Built and maintained the team’s production schedule, breaking down major deliverables into manageable weekly goals that kept the team focused, reduced crunch, and ensured steady progress throughout the semester.
