first-person rhythm-based shooter game set in stunning bioluminescent environments. Players wield a color-changing blaster to defeat color-changing enemies, dodge attacks, and unlock power-ups through short and elongated blasts—all while staying perfectly in sync with the beat of the music.

Concept selected from 42 pitches, earning unanimous class support as 1 of 3 chosen projects.
Leading a 15-member team over an eight-month development cycle (August–May), ensuring project milestones are met.
Managing tasks and progress through Click-Up, with team communications coordinated via Discord and time-tracking maintained in a custom Excel system.
Collaborating with the Creative Director as the music department lead to produce original tracks for the game.
Guiding sub-teams and fostering a creative, organized workflow to bring the project’s vision to life.
